    Ridiculous question. Pah Wraith hands down, they are non corporeal entities capable of almost godlike abilities. Wraiths are long lived but biological and mortal creatures.
    The closer comparison to a Pah Waith from the Stargate universe would be the Ori

    But the Pah Wraith can't do anything themselves. A few of them have taken over corporial beings and then been chased out. Plus the Prophets are there to balance the Pah Wraith. The Wraith are far more of a threat. You can't tell me that hearing a Pah Wraith was on its way would be more frightening than having a hive ship on the way.

    I would think a Pah-Wraith could possess a Wraith Queen and wreak chaos amongst the Wraith.
