Tribbles in the system???? Again???

Unable to buy the Damora pack. Keeps trying and failing. I know they want my money, what give?

    It would help to know on which platform you are trying to make a purchase and what message you are seeing.
  • Windows. Message is "There are tribbles in our system. Unable to complete purchase" followed by DB ID and a long token name.

    Windows, so you mean you are playing on Steam or Facebook?
    If on Steam make sure the Steam overlay is enabled otherwise purchases won't go through.
  • They've gone through before. I'm not sure what you mean by "overlay". I was logged into Steam, and it shows I have a balance there.

    The overlay option is in your Steam settings. But if you've purchased STT stuff in Steam before, and haven't changed those settings since, then that's obviously not it.


    Could you please continue the petty bickering? I find it most intriguing.
