Did not receive Demora Sulu Event Rewards !?!?

So I'm pretty confused. I ranked 5200 in the just ended Auld Lang Syne event. Since Demora Sulu was both a threshold and community reward I should have received 4 coppies her. But I only received 3. I think that I somehow did not receive the Community rewards portion of the event because I don't think I got the Super Rare 10x portal pack pull, or the other 4* crew reward which I thought was supposed to be Bridge Officer Troi. What should I do, or how do I go about getting the rewards?

Wow, did i just space on that? On the Wiki it lists Demora as having being added as both Threshold and Community rewards. So there was no 4th* for Demora, they only gave out 3 copies of her?

Yes, only 3 Sulus for thresholds...as previously stated:
