[Resolved]1701 Sisko offer only purchasable one time

I purchased the 1701 Sisko offer once successfully using my iPhone 8s. When I went to buy it a second time, I was unable to do so. The offer indicated that you could purchase this offer twice. After my purchase, I was notified that there were tribbles in the system and the purchase did not go through. The offer then disappeared from the portal. wurnhc1jczpn.png

    The offer popped again for my account. Unfortunately when I went to buy it, I got this message.

    I was able to take advantage of the second purchase after reloading the app. If that doesn’t work, I would suggest a ticket.
