Daily Rewards - 4* reward

My suggestion is to make the monthly 4* reward from the daily rewards unique compared to currently available crew.

It takes 28 daily check ins to get the 4* and a unique/new crew would be a more interesting reward for regular players. The net result would be an additional 3 new 4* crew in a year as opposed to just more honor (especially the older players with almost complete crew).

As an additional layer to the daily rewards, there could also be a tracker for 70 consecutive days. With a unique 5* reward. That way you are rewarding a player for a full year of play with an immortalized 5*.
