Pulled Mirror T'Pol who I already have 1* and 2 others (can't remember who). I looked up the stats and decided to get the second star for Tina Turner T'Pol, then hit 'Dismiss Crew'.
My own fault, I know, but a facepalm moment that will haunt my nightmares.

    Contact Customer Service. But you may still have her. Check your dismissed crew from the crew menu. She should be there for a few hours.

    Then a CS ticket is definitely in order. They will almost certainly be able to help you.

    I just had the same problem with another pull (Miami Vice Chakotay) and my crew was in the reenlist, so I just pulled them back out. Not sure why it would be different for you?

    You might restart the game then check again. Might not do anything, but probably couldn't hurt.
