Incorrect/Missing Drops from Infinity Distress Call

The ship battle Sealing the Stars is dropping Nanopolymer and Transparent Aluminum.

The away mission Mudd's Enterprise is also (correctly) dropping those things, but it doesn't seem to be dropping anything else.

    Confirmed (after spending a good 5 minutes trying to work out why I didn't have those missions in Infinity before restarting)
    Sisko: What are you gonna learn in the next few months that you haven't already learned in the last 300 years?

    Will the rewards for this space battle be corrected?
    It's still dropping Nanopolymer and Transparent Aluminum instead of Tritanium and Holoemitters we love and expect in space battle....
