Juliana Tainer Still Shows up as "Sito"

I know this error was caught elsewhere, but when selecting gauntlet crew today, I noticed her card reads "Sito" when scrolling down the list. This is also evident in selecting shuttle crew, so anytime the crew list comes up on the right like that.
