3 Windows PCs conatantly hanging on "Hailing Starfleet"

I've been having to END TASK the game about 5 or 6 times a day due to this. 2 PCs and 1 laptop. This has been happening for a few weeks now. Just thought I would let you know.

Can confirm this on a Android phone when I changed fleets today. Restarting the client worked but its annoying...
