    No functional use at all. Pretty much literally a badge purchased with honor (well that and cash).

    It's not as drastic as some games, trust me. The Pirate game I play has an Event starting tomorrow. Friday there is a Time Limited Campaign that needs a FLEET OF SHIPS that CANNOT BE OBTAINED until the Raid. Which means to do the TLC, you would need to get three Blueprints {Ship, Weapon, Special}, then spend ~$600 to Insta-Build five Ships........
