New mission for certain items

Please make some missions with more friendly drops/ship battles for items like Identification Code 1*, Subcutaneous Transponder, Hyperspanner (DS9), Toolbox, and Isolinear Rod. I am sure there are lots to add, but feel free to complete them below.
