I apologize if this is redundant, or if I am just blind, I tried poking around the wiki and the forums but I can’t find where the ships being rewarded each month are posted now. We used to get an ingame mail each month, but I haven’t seen that in a while either. Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?

They're listed right in the arena under Leaderboards and Rewards you can see the current month's rewards and also view the next two months worth or upcoming rewards.
