Is anyone else playing star trek timelines via steam having trouble accessing the game today ?

I haven't been able login via steam for last 6 - 7 hours

    Have been playing all day on Steam with no issues.

    Sometimes I find that restarting my computer and relaunching steam fixes login issues.

    From post i've read on steam forum there was some kind of outage that affected thousands of players from accessing any games via steam client.
