Gauntlet - Unique Crew Crit bonus

One way to spice up the gauntlet I've felt is to introduce a Unique crew champion crit bonus of say 10%.
The concept would be if you're the only one fielding e.g. Gary Seven or Lursa Duras in the the pool of all players, that crew member gets an extra 10% bonus. (A variation on the idea could also be if you're one of five players to have said crew...) How this would be executed will likely require all 200 players to be in the pool before starting (or drop the bonus as soon as another player enters the pool with the same crew), which might not be desirable / feasible on DB's end.
This should diversify the pool a bit and might encourage a bit more strategy for mixing your lineup.
