I paid. The money left my account. I even have the google and PayPal email receipts. But the pulls didn’t show up in my portal. Nothing. Never had this happen before.

Try a restart if you haven't yet. Any time that's happened to me they showed up after restart.

I’ve restarted many times. Still nothing. Kinda freaking out. I sent in a ticket, but I really wanted to buy 10, then open them and see if RNG was kind or not before buying the next ten. I’m definitely not about to drop $10 for nothing.

if is take ur money and dont receive it ur pack, ur going to have some compensation for it . i know 1 player 1 year ago buy something more 100 $ the event package whit 2 or 3 legendary +10 pack of the event and be charged 2 time is be refund the over charged and receive if i remember 100 single pull premium pack
