View player profile from transfer request

I don't know if this has been requested before but I went through several pages of this forum and there wasn't anything that I saw like it.
As a fleet admiral, I get the transfer requests in. The message basically just says "you have a tranfer request from "XXXXX" and buttons to accept or deny. I can see the name but it isn't clickable. If I go to the fleet screen and search for members, if the name is unusual enough, I may find them. However, looking for a Captain Picard who wants to transfer in is useless, and there is no way to respond to an incoming request directly from that message.
It would be helpful if that name in the request message could link you to the screen where you can review the player's level as well as a way to DM them.
Additionally, it would be helpful when someone is trying to join a fleet to have the admiral identified. From the requesting perspective, they have no idea who the request is going to unless you have already chatted with them in-game, or via one of the other recruiting methods (forums, Discord, Reddit, etc.)

Additionally, the sort there, when you are searching for someone, seems relatively random in the sense that clearly players who have left the game that match the search criteria are gathered in the results, which aren't complete, just a sub-set as you only get 20 matches.
I don't push "accept" on transfer requests. I want to have a chat with the player to see if they will agree to our minimum fleet guidelines. Sometimes, the player nickname is so unusual that the search comes up with just the exact player. However, sometimes the name is too common. Here is a current example:
I have a request from "Captain Baker." Clearly, they have not come up in these results at all.
One more reason that having a link to the player profile in the transfer request would make it so much easier on the fleet admiral.
But, when you have names like these two that i just got in the last little bit, it's impossible to find them in-game to even have a small chat.
I no longer attempt to recruit from within the game. That's too bad because clearly, some people would like to join. If you are showing me their name, why can't it be a link to their profile?
