Reconciliation of immortalized crew members in cryostasis vault versus achievements

The Line Must Be Drawn, HERE!

Hello. Inside the cryostasis vault, I see 359 out of 685 characters immortalized. However, under achievements (actually, Daily Missions->Achievements->Immortalize your crew members), I show 360 out of 375. It appears that I "accidentally" immortalized a duplicate, but didn't know about it. The question is... How do I find this missing duplicated immortalized member? Thanks.

@Automaton_2000 , thanks for the clarification. Glad to know it is a known bug, because I'm sure that I haven't immortalized any duplicates at all.

Yes its a bug. Everyone has this issue, it has been discussed many times in several discussions but it is obviously not on the top of the list of things to fix since its been this way for a long time. Most of us just ignore it. Its the ppl who just notice for the first time who post about it again. Lol.
