Fleet advertisement?

What do you guys have for fleet advertisements? And how many characters are allowed? I can only usually put in a couple of characters.

    And where are fleet advertisements visible? I joined a fleet right when I started the game, and I don’t remember seeing any fleet advertisements.

    There are 30 characters available for the "fleet advertisement." They are visible when you choose to join a fleet. Not all fleets use a fleet ad. I have never had a single new member say the ad was the reason they wanted to join.
