    Perhaps a German fleet member finished it?
    Perhaps your universal translator is malfunctioning?
    Perhaps you are German and you just don't know it?

    Kidding aside, is your fleet and/or fleet admiral based in the EU or Germany? That may be it.

    I just thought that it was in German because that is the primary {apparently} language of my Fleet. Our Fleet message is in German, as well. I think I have sussed out it says something about not signing in for fourteen days and you will be kicked out.........

    Nope. It just threw me as first time completed the room was in English so didn't even register with me that's what it was. I need more coffee. Thanks for pointing me right direction.
