Begold Help: Durango Troi, Timicin, Falcon O'Brien
I'm leaning away from Timicin, and having a hard time dedicing between Falcon and Troi, with Facon in the lead.

I was up too late to wait for comments, so I just went with falcon O'Brien. Hope I made the right choice! From what I've read, he has a best security in the game next to DurangoTroi. So tough one.

3 good choices.
- You won't really notice the difference in SEC base for both O'Brien and Troi on daily shuttles, but it will make a world of difference for their events for sure.
- Falcon is similar to Aviator Yar (who you had in your post prior to edit) ... but Yar is a better Voyager.
- Both Falcon and Troi are part of unique collections.
- Timicin is a decent voyager and would have improved on your 4*s for sure ... potentially letting you freeze one of those if you are in need of crew space ... he would have complemented your other crew well and you would have been strong in that area (SCI/ENG voyages).
[My thought process]
1. I would initially lean towards Troi, as I have no Troi 5* crew and already 2 O'Brien 5*s, one of which is immortal (RAF) ... though Falcon is the only O'Brien I'm missing.
2. Troi variant has SEC as main skill, others don't, so handy for events.
3. I have 6 CMD/SEC/ENG skill combo 5*s, but O'Brien would be the first SCE ... 10 CMD/DIP/SEC skill combo 5*s with Troi a 3rd SCD combo (behind Kortar & Kol).
4. Timicin would be a copy of Honey Bare (who I have 4/5) and I have 3 other DIP/ENG/SCI 5*s. He's also not main cast.
--> It really is a toss up between Troi and Falcon for me, no idea, they both look cool too ... go with gut instinct Troi?
I'm now 4-deep in power-base SEC-CMD 5/5 immortals and they all get daily use (High Roller, Durango, Joachim, Kortar; with Kol and Hawk how holding their own as well), because SEC or SEC-CMD shows up so disproportionately in daily shuttles (then throw in voyages and faction event seats). Either Falcon or Durango are strong base enough that when immortalized they can also serve as triage Faction Event crew for seat holes if you are low on event crew. So it's unlikely you'd regret either one and eventually will probably want both.
SCI seats just don't show up as often, so if you want crew you will consistently use more, in the long run I don't think Timicin can compete here unless you really have a big hole in SCI to fill (and if so, there are better crew to hold out for)
That being said, you couldn’t have gone wrong with either Troi or The Falcon. I think the value of having a Troi version with SEC is balanced against the Falcon’s better voyage utility. Either one at 1/5* will be a good shuttle crew and possibly an occasional voyager - I have Troi at 1/5* FE and her SEC is within spitting distance of Kol at 4/5* and immortalized versions of Mirror Picard and T’Kuvma. Either one is worth citing to 5/5* unless you are already loaded with powerful SEC crew, and even then they might be worth citing if you don’t have anyone to work on that fills a more pressing need. You’ll be happy with The Falcon, I’m sure of it.
