French messages?

My fleet has finished all rooms in our starbase and we've been dumping resources into the replicators for the daily challenges.

An odd thing happened when I got my Legendary replciator ration, though. The entire message was in French. I do not have my language set to French, I do not speak French, no other message comes through in French. In fact, the day before I got SuperRare replicator rations and the message was in English as expected.

This seems to happen if the person who cooks the room has their game set to French. That's not how localization works. Information should always be displayed in the user's selected, supported language.
