Kicked People can still see and post in in game fleet chat!

We just had /having a person going crazy in fleet chat, insulting ppl and other stuff.
The person got instantly kicked from fleet, and it shows that the player fleetless now. Regardless the player is still in fleet chat and continues to post hate speeches and insulting other players.
I assume until the player restarts its game, there is nothing we can do?
Thats just horrible, please fix it as fast as possible.

At the time I thought it might have been related to some other issues DB were having with fleet officers not being able to remove members. Even though she is a fleet admiral, it just seemed like it might be linked.
I guess not
