@Shan, there have been many threads and comments from fleet admirals and officers about the need to improve the in-game tools to manage fleet operations. I have cherry-picked a few threads below to give some idea of the issues that need some attention.

Thus far in this forum, I have not seen any response from DB that the issues we are dealing with are even acknowledged. Are any of these requests being tracked and anticipated to be addressed, or should we cease posting about them?

Honestly, an answer either direction would be a relief.
