No more supply kit bonuses for faction missions?

I'm not getting any supply kit bonuses on faction missions. Is this a change, ot a bug?

I wondered this, as well, but then decided I may have been thinking of the winning faction bonus, instead.

You never got supply kit bonuses on faction missions. Only away or ship missions.
