Campaign bug: No accolades

Not sure if we're supposed to post Campaign bugs somewhere special or if here is ok.
I am currently Tier 15 and have 125/200 towards Tier 16. I just finished my 5/5 Cadet challenge which gave me the 11/11 Daily challenge. This should have been 25 + 100 accolades. I did not receive these. I was at 125/200 before I turned in those challenges and am still 125/200 on the same tier. I already restarted the game as well as trying to open it on a different platform. Seems those 125 accolades just vanished. Not sure what else I can tell you about it? That's probably something to look into before taking campaigns out of beta.
