I am getting this as well (Facebook), looking forward to my Paris in way of compensation.

(I missed out on top 1500 despite using 40 time boosts and 10 shuttle tokens, this event was brutal but at least I have the Garak to soften the pain slightly).,

I claimed everything a few minutes ago and did not see an error message. However, there is no faction winner bonus listed for the Augments.

There was a brief hiccup at the end of the event, but it was quickly fixed. If you had any problem receiving your rewards after the event ended, please submit a ticket!
