Maybe they're saving Mirror Cochrane for 5/4 instead of 4/5 (at least how we do dates in the US).
There is no guarantee they will honor it, but you could open a ticket and say you have Cochrane immortalized and they may grant a legendary behold or citation instead.

I think for people who already have him immortalized should be able to file a ticket and receive one of the other crew from that movie in his stead. Since now we have so many crew from that movie.

I mean he joins the four other golds still in my inbox waiting for another of them to pop up naturally so I can fuse them and not lose a crew slot (I don't know why I worry, since Voyages came in with all their chrons for finishing purples I've got like 30 free slots; just habit I guess), but hey, good feeling nonetheless. I guess it's a nice by-product of all the new golds and the slow power creep, it doesn't really destabilise things for DB to toss us an old gold every now and then.
Pivoting right back to new crew though, May 4th would be a great time for that Xindi Arboreal played by Sam Witwer...

What now? *checks Memory Alpha* I never realized he was in that episode of Enterprise...I might have to rewatch that one because I have thoroughly enjoyed his work for Star Wars, BSG, and Smallville.
Was this only for recent logins or something? I logged in with my Facebook account for the first time today since the Braxton event, and there's no Cochrane mail. I cleared out all my mail, restarted the Facebook client many times (it always crashes for me after about 10-15 minutes), and still nothing. It'd be nice, since that account doesn't have much, but it does have a 1/5/FE/100 Cochrane, so a 2nd star would be nice.

You should contact Support. Be concise, be polite, and be specific. Tell them what happened and ask if they would check their records. Ask them to please restore the Cochrane or make the one you have 2*.
