Fleet has Disappeared and Noone can get in Bug

has this bug been fixed yet? You've know about it for over a year and it still seems a MAJOR bug which can effect any fleet at any time.

We are still seeing part of this. Fleet stuck at 49/50 members for a few weeks now and i have sent 100s of invites. Lost Planet Airmen is the fleet name.
