How many Training Holoprograms

I’ve decided to get Captive Bashir to FE using only 1-star Training Holoprograms. Just for the fun of it. Will 28,629 be enough ?

What is your training efficiency boost from the Common, Uncommon, and Rare Crew collections? The max bonus is 11%.

The way I level crew with that max bonus is as follows:

-10 1*s
-37 1*s
-65 2*s
-49 3*s
-94 3*s
-33 4*s
-10 5*s
-17 5*s
-26 5*s
-at least 40ish 5*s

If you were to do it solely with just 1* trainers, you would need between 26,720 and 29,391 depending on your efficiency bonus, as per the XP per level list on the wiki.

Do you mean Fully Equipped or Level 100?

I mean Fully Equipped. Good point though.
