Another Gauntlet Bug?

For two gauntlets in a row, the app has freezen while opening gauntlet prize loot. Restarting the app results in it opening on the main screen with remaing rewards unclaimed and presumably lost. CS is being very helpful, but out of curiosity has anyone experienced or heard about this particular bug before? On android

Whatever this glitch was, it did not persist a third time.
