what happens if i pay the 9.99. After i have already gotten 30 or 40 tiers in to it. Do i get the past rewards, or do i only start to collect the rewards that i unlock from that point on. for me i don't mind paying 10 bucks. but i only put money into my video games at the start of a month. so what will happen if i pay the 9.99 sometime in the start of may. Will i get all the rewards up to the point that i pay. Keeping in mind i tend to finish the daily missions everyday. So if im only going to start collecting half or less of the rewards. then i would like to know. If thats the case then it may be better to save the 9.99 and pay for the next campaign

According to the blog post about it on the main DB website, you get all earned tiers retroactively. So if you buy in when you have completed basic tier 64 (for example), you will get premium tiers 1-64 all at once.
