For the first time in a VERY long time, I not only got a behold, but a begold! My choices were RAF O'Brien, Loq'esque Sato, and Formal Dress Scotty. Had none of them already so chose Scotty for no other reason than I enjoy the character.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my RAF O’Brien but Formal Dress Scotty is nothing to sneeze at - he’s still got one of the best base ENG skills in the game when FF and could be an instant contributor for you even at 1/5* depending on what other ENG crew you have. Plus, it’s Scotty and there aren’t enough of him in the game...nice pick!
