Saboteur Garak Ship Skill Is a Sisko Quote

So, I don't want to be that guy, but because Garak is one of my favorite characters and Saboteur Garak is from one of the best episodes of DS9, I have to be.

Garak's ship skill is the following...

But Garak never said this in the episode. It was Sisko.

Garak goes on and says it'd be calling in all his favors and it would be bloody, etc.

I would suggest "What Conclusion Would You Draw?" or "I'd call that a bargain" instead.
