    Looks like maybe they fixed the English version of the offer (which was originally also messed up), but neglected to fix the German version or something.

    I can remember I saw a thread about this offer yesterday, but not the offer itself in the game. I thought maybe they had already took it off before I could see it.
    Now I started the game and see exactly the same offer as Uluru posted above, the only difference is that my offer is with 27,99€ even more expensive (play via Steam). Restart didn't change anything.

    That offer was indeed incorrect when it went live and was corrected later.
    I am sorry that it remained incorrect in German and I will bring it up.
