    No, it's lower without starbase bonuses than advertised, for both base and proficiency, and a lower SEC base too.

    Best guess is they didn't restart after finishing him. Often the stats don't update properly until a restart happens.

    I would be pretty disappointed if he appeared in my Dabo and I spent 12k dill only to find out I'm to late, so I wanted to spare this to others.

    I'm gonna say probably over 800k. I am about half a mill at the moment, and I think that would slip out of the top 1500 today or tomorrow if I were to stop completely right now.

    Dabo is such a huge disappointment. It has not dropped any crew for me in years. It stinks. Just a failed rigged system where the odds are so low it is basically pointless except for the couple whales willing to spend 10000+ dilithium for one copy of one legendary.

    I've never won anything on the top tier of Dabo. Ever. I used to do the 10 Dabo spin and buy 5 items during the half price sale but it seems kinda pointless tbh

    The only top row item I won was 4* Forra Gegen, or however you spell it's name, from Voyager just a little while ago. Kind of a disappointment as I probably airlocked the card a dozen times before. I collected, FF/FE it and froze it out of spite after "winning" a top row item.
