Ads on Android

Hello,

Since a few days ago, ads have ceased to appear. This happens only on the Android-powered mobile phone and Android tablet, on 4G and Wi-Fi. Only ads on the emulator appear in normal parameters, but I'm not used to using it.
Can you help me please? I've tried all sorts of phone settings in the hope of finding an explanation.

Check Settings, Google, Ads, and make sure you are not configured to Opt Out of Ads Personalization.

I checked and it was off, the in game ads still don't appear:(
