Dilemmas with Voyage-Exclusive Crew not giving correct reward?

This is the third time I've noticed this. When choosing an option that gives a Voyage-exclusive crew, it only shows the crew as a reward, instead of the usual crew + honor + chronitons.

I'm not sure if this is simply a visual glitch, a technical issues, or a deliberate change

    In my experience, the voyage-only crew drops are crew only, no honor/chronitons.

    I'm virtually positive I've received the honor and chrons in the past, but maybe my memory is playing tricks on me.
