shop offers 'locked'

I think this issue has been around before. Does anyone remember how to fix this? These offers and the ones in the portal are locked for me, since a few days I think.

    I get those from time to time, usually a restart solves it. But doesn't sound so in your case.

    I would get this at work when trying to buy with Amazon. They seemed to have something blocked on the firewall.

    The issue is resolved for me by itself. Took about a week.

    I have the same issue from time to time, it happend at the beginning of the last Event, then when the Event was halfway through, the offers weren't suddenly locked anymore. With the beginning of the current Event, it happened again and everything is still locked until now. Only offers that must be payed with real money are affected, every offer that is purchasable with ingame currency is still available.
    Interestingly, I only experience this when I play via Steam. When I play on my mobile with the same account, everything is perfectly normal.
