Feature or bug? Orange skill numbers.

When looking at my crew the first skill on each of them are orange instead of white. I'm using a home computer with Windows 10 and playing on Steam.

Edit: I started leveling one of them up and now 2 of the 3 skills on all of my crew are orange.

    Mentioned that last night to my fleetmates, as well. Seems like a feature, but it's a little buggy still. Had occasions since then when with some crew, only one skill stat would be orange and the others white, then when exiting and reentering the window, they'd all be orange again.

    Edit: Here's what mine looked like when I first noticed it, and thought it was a feature. ;)

    I have also wondered, when you staff a shuttle the success percentage is white. Every once in a while it’s blue. Wondered if this had any significance
