CS response time

One of my voyages got stuck at the 14hr mark.
I raised a ticket, and it took more than 48 hours to get a response. The response itself was fine, and I was given some compensation. The agent asked me to check if the issue was resolved. I checked, and unfortunately the voyage was still stuck, so I replied within the hour.
More than 48 hours have passed again since that reply, and I have not received an update.
So in total, my voyage has been stuck for more than 96 hours, causing me to miss daily goals (campaign points). Plus missed possibilities of rewards from extra voyages, and I’m now missing event crew for the current event because they are lost in space.
I understand things cannot be resolved within an hour because CS will also have limited resources, but 48 hours between each response seems like a very long time. Is there any way this could be improved?

With regards to a stuck voyage, I recall mine after taking screenshots. At least when it returns I can still do my dailies.

Reminded me why i rarely extend
I would agree with that; I've had two stuck voyages at the 14hr mark in the last month (I rarely go beyond 10hrs). Question for everyone: when your voyages get stuck, have people noticed if a hazard happened just before the dilemma? That seems to be the case with all my stuck voyages, and I keep mentioning it when I write to CS, but would like to have more than anecdotal evidence.
