    I just made a post about this in Engineering...I suspect there was a typo when reverting the descriptions after the discount period was over.

    I bought it and only got 250 Crystal's. Not happy!

    The size of the crystals looks exactly the same size as the $10 one, which gives a bonus 250 crystals

    It says right on it that the Bonus is 250 Crystals. Same as the 700/$9.99 Offer.

    Maybe thats the offer template so no unwanted stuff sneaks into the offer and in case it gets released it is so useless that noone should buy it. Well, should.
