    10 x 10 Premium pulls is 100.

    Both are correct.

    factually correct, but misleading I would argue because offers are typically always in packs. The notification if not read carefully would be assumed to be 100 PACKS, not pulls. Also, single pulls are not guaranteed to give a 4* crew like 10x pack pulls do.
