Garak & Quark the scoundrels

I have noticed that "Convergence Day Quark" is the only Quark without the scoundrel trait , and on that same note "Garak, Elim Garak" is the only Garak without the scoundrel trait.

Could this please be fixxed before the Scoundrel Mega starts ?

    There is an argument that Garak was less of a scoundrel in that episode, and who knows about Convergence Day Quark as he is a DB original.
