More flexibility in crew management

Hi,
That has been asked many times and, despite many other games like clash royal use it, DB dont want any form of crew exchange; even inside fleets
Too bad.
Anyway, we need -a little more- flexibility in our crew management.
What about crew conversion ? I mean you get 2 different 4 stars crew and combine them to get another 4 star crew. Just like we can do for duras sisters or Neelix but same level instead of higher level. Maybe based on traits like two maverik to get another maverik.
Taking example of a 5 stars crew. You need 50 000 honors for ONE star but if you just space it out you get something like 550 honors. So near like 100 times less. Not fair at all
