    But i got Seven of Nine from one of the 5 10× standart portal pulls.

    Funny that the only other time i got a good pull from that packs, it was the same Seven of Nine.

    The Community and Threshold pulls didn't really give me anything good, but I just got a Legendary Behold from a credit pull, so I'm pretty happy about that.

    I couldn't pass up getting the only Garak I don't have yet. Plus, once you've racked up a bunch of 5/5 Legendaries, it's good to keep a few 4/5 around to avoid getting a Behold where everybody is FF.

    I wouldn’t put it past them to give better luck to accounts that either don’t spend or don’t log on often, to encourage them to get more excited about the game.
