It's not the specific crew it is how they are balanced, you want to over-weight the gold and silver stats. Ideally, you are going to put up 12K in the top 2 stats, and maybe only 5k in each of the bottom 4.

Seems like you might already have the crew to go further, but I'd say you're too evenly balanced. Get your primary and secondary skills up above (or close to, at the very least) 10,000 — and your other skills can be in the 4,000 area. I've now gotten 20 Voyages over 10 hours (would probably have more, actually, but I don't get to log in as frequently these days), and I shoot for 12,000+ in primary and secondary skills. Sometimes it is hard to accomplish that without the right crew, but if those two skills line up with the crew you've got, you'll have a better shot.

Could you please continue the petty bickering? I find it most intriguing.

It helps if you redistribute the stats to the primary and secondary. Something like 12k/12k/6k/6k/4k/4k.

Total skills points are basically the same as what you have above, but it should go around 10 hours.

Here is a screenshot of an 11hr Voyage and a typical 10hr Voyage. There is A LOT of rng with skill checks.
    11:00 --primary 12,521, seconday 11,723, rest 21,871

    10:00 --primary 12,028, secondary 12,155, rest 21,717

Stats were very close, but a whole hour of difference. @Paladin 27 's and @Prime LorQa [10F] 's distribution of stats are what I usually aim for, and avergage about 70% of voyages right around 10hrs.

Lots of advice or math helps.
But here's the basic tip - overload the bonus skils. Get those as high as you can. Ignore the rest - crew slot bonuses, SCI in a MED-SEC event, etc. Just spam the two bonus skills. Once you get both to 8k+ you're golden. And it only gets better.
If you can't get that far yet, still spam those two but don't go too short on others. 6k vs 4k.
