I know we got two in game messages about this which included a voyage token and chrons, but I am not convinced the issue has been resolved, I'm unable to even use the fleet chat and a lot of time I am unable to activate my crew while skirmishing (a TERRIFYING experience when using the defenseless Krayton, let me tell you!)
Yes I am still having issues as well. Worked on finishing some dailies then ran one skirmish and got the internet unavailable for a bit then error phase over. At this rate it looks like someone else will be able to nab my top 1500 spot.
-could not log into the game at 0815 server time
-was able to log in around 0830 ST
-there were a few spinning Hailing Starfleet screens thereafter but I blamed them on a bad WiFi connection
-no issues at all observed running battles the rest of this morning, from roughly 1000 ST to just now
U.S. Midwest, using mobile data from Verizon (now) and a cable connection from Spectrum (earlier this morning), iPhone 8 w/iOS 12.4.
Now 12:30 central I can access the game and forums using data(Verizon) but the game and forums are both down using WiFi.
This is usually indicative of an internet outage somewhere between your location and where our servers are. Mobile connections are using different routes.
That is what I’m starting to think also. Seems that there are a few other thing that aren’t working. Discord and other apps are connecting but the game and some websites aren’t. Hopefully where ever the issue is they get it fixed soon. Thanks @Shan
Something is definitely wrong, the only way I can get my phone to work properly today is to disable STT. If I enable the game it slowly starts eating my system resources until it stops working.
@ByloBand it certainly seems that way. I’ve had to force close stt twice and restart my phone after playing. We had provider issues yesterday so I called them to have them remotely check my connections. Everything checks out.
