I assume it is the same as it was before and has been when they have had trait-based bonus crew:
If the crew has the Android or Hologram trait, then it is bonus crew.

You can find the crew you have with these traits by searching "Android" or "Hologram" in the search bar on your crew page.

Thanks Ikrit but I don't want players to list crew that is held in a resource that is updated by players.
There may be mistakes in that list. It also does not show related crew members
During the last event DB misrepresented 3 crew members. If DB list the Event crew then there is a better chance that they will get it right for the event.

You also said "You can find the crew you have with these traits by searching "Android" or "Hologram" in the search bar on your crew page." Yes, it is a good tip. Searching for Picard however doesn't find Locutus.
