Enhancement RE Players Who Do Not Want To Join A Fleet

There are some players who prefer to play outside of a fleet, and it would be helpful if they could somehow indicate this in their profile. In particular, if they had an indicator they could check, then the game could/would remove them from appearing in the 'Suggested Players' list when fleets are looking at add new members.

This change would both help fleets, because we would no longer be wasting our time sending an 'Invite' to players who are not interested, and it would also help those players from getting unwanted attention. (I actually saw a player that changed their Captain name in the game to 'no fleet', I assume because they were tired of seeing a bunch of invitations come their way.)

I would be cool with this. On events where I don’t try cuz I don’t like the event crew I only get one or two PM’s. On events I want the crew and go all out I get messaged all weekend long. And some people are so obnoxious about it or don’t take no for an answer that I have to block them
