When it expires, can you get another one right away if you don't use that one or do you have to wait 24 hours always?

    You still wait. It used to be three days. 24 hours is relatively new.

    You have to wait 24 hours from when it triggered for another to trigger. The expiration or purchase doesn’t matter.
